The spirit of the volunteers is terrific. Everyone is polite, positive, and works hard. Amazing really.
No one knows anyone else, we all come from different countries, states, or provinces, but we all came for the same reason, and it works.
I have experienced a lot less cooperation in hospitals in North America and the Emirates. Ego seems to play less of a role here. No one is competing. Everyone just wants to help. Really amazing.
Tomorrow there will be a Christmas party for the children. Some of the volunteers managed to obtain some presents in a local market.
There were several discharges but new patients arrived very quickly and again there are no empty beds. The hospital is very short staffed but the moral seems fine.
